In 2019, having worked in the industry for over 21 years, Joanne established Wright Letting and Management with the aim of offering landlords, and tenants the knowledge and expertise of a corporate organisation while maintaining a flexible, independent and personal approach.
Julie Williamson - juliewilliamson@wrightletting.co.uk

Julie is the primary point of contact for landlords and in charge of property valuations. Marketing newly instructed properties and those returning to the market. Julie works alongside Hannah and Becky, reaching out to prospective tenants through our extensive database

Lucy McGarry - repairs@wrightletting.co.uk

Any maintenance works that are picked up or reported by a tenant are passed to Lucy, who then manages the collecting quotes or instructing contractors. She also ensures all legally required certification is renewed at the required time, working alongside the team to provide a smooth property and tenancy management.

Our loudest member of the team can always be heard when you visit our office. Employed to ensure that there is never any ‘paws’ in rent collection and increase team morale.
